XTC BOSaNOVA Manager

1. I have pushed out my FIMG but image did not go back to factory default.
2. Can I create my own custom images and push it out to other XPE clients?
3. What is the best way to change the IP address for the BOSaNova Management Module server?
4. I have to manually add my thin client to the XTC BOSaNOVA Manager to see it and I take the option to update and nothing happens and it never gives me the option to boot into "System Recovery and Update".
5. The newest version of the XTC BOSaNOVA Manager has been released, where can I download it and are there any special instructions?

I have pushed out my FIMG but image did not go back to factory default.

Check the version of the XTC BOSaNOVA Manager by going to help/about, it should be on at least version 2.06.

Can I create my own custom images and push it out to other XPE clients?

Currently we are working on a Linux server that is an additional cost that will allow you to clone your own images.

Edit the boot.ini file in c:\ on the thin client as follows:

Once changed, commit changes and reboot, it will reboot to Linux.

Uninstall your current version of the XTC BOSaNOVA Manager.

SERVER SIDE

Download the newest version:

CLIENT SIDE

Once the server has been updated, the client must be updated also.  Download the following file.

XTA_Update

Extract the zip file and run the executable.  The install will run and update will be complete.
