What is the first thing I should be aware of when I start to use the XPe Tablet?
The XPe Tablet is shipped with EWF (Enhanced Write Filter) write protection software ENABLED. When changes are made to the XPe Tablet, they must be committed or when the unit is rebooted ALL CHANGES WILL BE LOST. After changes are made, double click on the ICON (Flash Disk Write Protect) below located on the desktop and select Commit changes.
To turn off write protection, click on Advanced - the Enable Write Protection and Disable Write Protection will toggle back and forth.
If the option to commit changes is dimmed, the user does not have authority to commit changes.
We have discovered a bug in the Intel client 10.1.X.X on the tablets and rabbits. If you experience a problem with wireless if the user is not an administrator but a power user or restricted user and they cannot connect because of database initialization or corruption you have the issue as described in the URL below.

PLEASE NOTE: The first URL explains how to manually remove the database - this is important! Also, you can export the profiles and then import them. The new Intel version has been tested and it does work correctly.
How do I access the user control panel on the XTC tablet?
Go to start/run and type control userpasswords2 and select OK.
How do I right-click with the stylus since I don't have a mouse?
You should have a mouse ICON on your desktop, if you don’t, just tap the PM ICON in the system tray and select mouse button. To right-click select the right mouse button on the picture of the mouse ICON. It reverts back to left mouse button after you are done with the action.
Will my XPe Unit's clock adjust itself automatically for Daylight Saving Time this year?
The patch that fixes daylight saving time is below. After downloading the zip file make certain you extract the file and save it as an exe file. After running program make sure changes are committed or they will be lost.
