Use (push and quick release) the Suspend button to "sleep" the device while not in use. Pushing briefly the Suspend button will wake up the system within 1-2 seconds. To power off the device, push and hold onto the Suspend button for over 4 seconds - the display will turn off and all LEDs will be dark. DO NOT use the Power Off function as part of normal device operation. It is designed for use to reset the device in the unlikely event that the device enters a hung state or to meet a power conserving objective such as putting the device away for an extended period of time.
On the cradle, you will find the following interfaces, a DC-in jack for the AC-DC adapter; two USB Type A ports for peripherals and a USB (Type B) port for a USB cable connection to a PC or a laptop. The Host-type USB (Type A) ports are provided to support primarily input from the keyboard and the mouse peripherals when the tablet is docked. You may try to connect other types of USB peripherals to the cradle ports but their functionality within the resulting configuration may not be assured.
The USB Type B port on the cradle is used for connection between a desktop computer and the BOStablet when the device is docked on the cradle. This connection may be used for software installation, software update, and software development purposes, where applicable.

For DT 360/366 tablets:
After making configuration changes that need to persist, it is vital to save these settings to the disk by launching the “Flash Disk Write Protection” utility from the Desktop by selecting the “Commit changes” button, and then clicking “Close” to exit the utility.
NOTE: This is the same instruction for installing new software, we recommend temporarily disabling write protection, and re-enabling it after the installation. Please be aware that disabling or enabling write protection requires rebooting the thin client to affect the protection status.
The patch includes configuration of the fourth tablet button (furthest right) to launch the “System Utility”, to permit touch pen recalibration.
The instructions now are as follows.
To update:
The user must be logged on as the Administrator.
Right-click on the “DT Button Agent” tray icon and then click on “Close ‘Button Agent’”
Extract the files within the zip archive to a temporary folder of your choice.
Launch the “BtnaUpg.bat” file which will copy the updated files to the appropriate patch.
The registry script file will be imported automatically, but the user must choose “Yes” when prompted to import the registry settings.
The registry will be set for the current user profile, which should be the Administrator and the default user profile, which will apply the settings to any new users
However, if there are existing user profiles other than Administrator, these users may need to configure the button manually through the Button Agent control panel, which is accessible by double-clicking on the tray icon.
Within the Button Agent control panel, double-click on the entry corresponding to the button to be changed, which will display a configuration dialog.
Click the “Modify” button and choose the “Screen Rotation” option from the drop-down box. Click “OK” to accept and “OK’ again to close the dialog.
Click the “Done” button to exit the control panel.
Finally, it is necessary to save the changes by launching the “Flash Disk Write Protection” utility from the desktop and clicking the “Commit changes” button. Then click “Close” button to exit the utility.
Usage:
Push the third tablet button to rotate the screen orientation from landscape to portrait or vice versa.
NOTE: When the display orientation is changed, the PenMount touch-screen software may be out of synch with the new orientation and need to be recalibrated.
After rotating the screen orientation, press the furthest right button to launch the “System Utility” and choose “Touch Calibration”. To facilitate this one may need to connect a USB mouse for the selection of the calibration option.
Follow the instructions for calibration. Once completed the touch orientation will be corrected.
Click the “X” in the upper right of the window or press the fourth tablet button to exit the utility.
