CE.NET ICA and RDP

 

  1. Using the RDP session with 2000 Terminal Server I cannot get any sound.

  2. I reset factory defaults and now when trying to connect to the Terminal Server I get error "connection w/ name already exists".

  3. How can I configure PN agent to work with CE?
  4. Is the RDP Client a Microsoft Client?

Terminal  Services Server 2000 does not support sound, Terminal Services Server 2003 does.

When I try to establish a connection to my Citrix server, I either get an error negotiating capabilities and then it disconnects or a message that the connection ended because of network error.

This is a problem with w2k servers and terminal services not being able to issue licenses to CE.NET units. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;827355 is the link to the Microsoft site where the fix can be found.

How can I configure PN agent to work with CE?

One suggestion is to have the CE.Net ICA connect automatically and launch the PN agent on the server as a published application.
