1. Some external users are getting "sign-on conversation error".

The client/applet is no longer supported on a MAC.

After starting the session it goes to a black screen.

This is normally seen when Sun Java 1.6 is installed on the PC and checked to use as the default in advanced properties.  You will need to completely uninstall Sun Java (all versions) and install 1.5.4 from the BNW website downloads area.  Make certain use Sun Java is NOT checked in Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced.  You can install 1.6 after this but you must also make certain it is not checked to use as the default in Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced.
