The 10ZiG Zignature Pad is a secure signature capable tablet, allowing for real-time electronic signatures.  The Zignature Pad with patent pending “Sign What You See” Technology is the first tablet to combine a digitally secure signature(s) into a portable PDF document, which can be saved to a server, as well as automatically emailed upon signature completion to concerned parties.  There is no external signature device, no pasting of signatures to associated signature lines.  The end user is able to review the entire document and sees and signs exactly where each signature is required.

Data security is an important piece as well.  No copy of the document nor the electronic signature is stored on the Zignature Pad, unlike some methods, which can be viewed as a breach of client security.  The Zignature Pad is in full compliance with most international E-signature laws as well as the US UETA Law.

The Zignature Pad has internal safeguards, restricting the ability to close out or execute the document if a signature or initial is missing. This is obviously very important for any type of legal document, especially one with several pages and signature lines. Signed documents are sealed with a digital certificate and tamper evident. Review entire document electronically and sign what and where you see. The Zignature Pad has a built in smart card reader for an additional layer of security and authentication. We are also able to support digital stamps, like for instance a notary stamp.
